Applause is pleased to announce that we have opened our 2025 indoor submission period. We are currently looking for shows that are ready to tour in Spring 25 and Autumn 25.
We are looking for ready-made shows that are technically adaptable and ideally self-contained. We are looking for artists/companies that are able to be flexible and shows that work in a wide variety of spaces.
When selecting work to include in our menu, we take into consideration the variety of rural and semi-urban spaces that our hosts support. These spaces range from village halls to libraries, pubs, churches, schools, and community spaces. Additionally, we are keen to hear from companies touring family theatre to programme at our home in Kent as part of Southborough Presents. We also welcome work created to tour in libraries in support of our Rekindle program, as well as artists based in the region covered by Applause — Kent, Sussex, and Essex.
