Wild – What does it conjure up for you? Is it a moment standing at the edge of a raging sea or being lifted up and spat out of a whirling tornado; running for your life through the streets or coming face to face with a wolf; the animal within that can’t always be tamed or the wilderness at the edge of your home?

‘Wild’ is a new theatre production exploring what ‘Wild’ means to us – in the natural world, in our towns and cities, and within ourselves. Weaving together stories from over 70 people, it takes you on a journey of emotions from exhilarating fear to childlike joy. Visit remote hills, mountains, dark forests and towns, and find out just how ‘Wild’ these places can be. Featuring original songs, immersive soundscapes and storytelling, ‘Wild’ is a vibrant, moving, captivating show that will leave you wondering… what is your ‘Wild’?

The staging is fully flexible and able to fit into any space, we are able to use different levels of the highest piece of set if we need to adapt to a lower ceiling height and can also remove a section of set to adapt the performances area to a smaller space.

Wild is supported by Create, Tour Connect – a unique national project, lead by Applause, bringing new drama and theatre to rural audiences across the country.
