Applause Rural Touring works throughout Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Essex, as well as further afield, to ensure that communities have access to professional theatre, music, and other performing arts.
About this role at Applause
We are looking for a dynamic individual to work alongside the Applause team developing our work in Essex. You will be out in the community making new connections to promote opportunities for cultural engagement. You will build sustainable relationships with stakeholders (promoter groups, funders & participants) to widen the reach of our activities into new communities and facilitate the delivery of meaningful arts in Essex.
Hours of work: 14 hours per week – evening and weekend work will be required
Salary: £25k pro rata
Contract: Fixed term 12 month contract
Deadline to apply: Sunday 15th October 2023
Place of Work: The role holder should live within easy travel across Essex to enable access to communities and partners in those areas. Some office-based attendance in Tunbridge Wells will be required.
