Being creative can support your mental health and wellbeing – and this week is both Mental Health Awareness Week and National Wellbeing and Creativity Week.

What are you listening to in lockdown? Are you drawing, painting, writing, dancing, singing? What books are you reading?

If you need some inspiration to get creative at home head over to the Get Creative website – there are hundreds of suggestions of activities you can do from bubble making, crafting paper mice and making tassels out of plastic bags to monoprinting, ceramics and stained glass.
